One address reaches us, and you do not need an account to use it. Questions before you sign up, billing and invoices, trouble getting into your account, a template you want in the library, or a request about your data: all of it goes to the same place.

If you already have an account
Plans, invoices, and cancellation are self-service on the billing page inside the app, so cancelling never has to go through us. If you cannot get in to reach that page, write to the address above and say so.
