warehousesop.com does not set cookies. It loads no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, no session replay, no heatmaps, and no social embeds that phone home. Nothing on this site is stored on your device to track you, here or anywhere else.

That is the reason you have not seen a consent banner. Consent is required for cookies and similar technologies that are not strictly necessary. We do not use any, so there is nothing to ask you about, and a banner would be theater.

When you sign in to the WarehouseSOP application, Supabase Auth sets session cookies that keep you logged in and protect requests against cross-site request forgery. These are strictly necessary cookies: without them you could not stay signed in or use the product at all.

Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent requirements under the ePrivacy Directive and comparable rules, so we do not ask for consent to set them. They carry no advertising identifier, they are not shared with any third party for marketing, and they are cleared when you sign out.

The application also uses browser localStorage for product analytics (PostHog) to understand which features get used; this is not an advertising tracker, and no analytics cookies are set.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind, on the marketing site or in the application. If we ever need product usage measurement, we will choose a privacy-preserving, cookieless approach.

If we add anything that sets a non-essential cookie or a similar tracking technology, we will update this page first, revise the effective date at the top, and put a proper consent mechanism in place before the technology loads. Consent will be opt in, and declining will not degrade the product.
