Terms of Service

Effective August 15, 2026

These terms cover how you may use WarehouseSOP, what you get, what we are responsible for, and the one thing we want no customer to misread: a generated SOP is safety documentation, not a compliance guarantee.

  1. 01

    Acceptance of these terms

warehousesop.com (the Site) and the WarehouseSOP application (the Service) are operated by Sales Xcelleration Strategies (“WarehouseSOP”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service are the agreement between WarehouseSOP and you, whether you use the Service as an individual or on behalf of an organization.

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, downloading a sample document, or otherwise using the Site or the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an employer or another organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization, and “you” means that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

  2. 02

    Description of the service

WarehouseSOP is a software as a service product that generates warehouse standard operating procedure documents. The Service starts from a library of human-authored SOP templates written against 29 CFR 1910 and uses artificial intelligence to customize those templates to the facility profile you provide, including your equipment, your job titles, your shift structure, and your site conditions.

The Service produces documents. It does not inspect your facility, observe your operations, audit your training records, or verify anything you tell us. The quality and accuracy of a generated SOP depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you supply, and on the review you perform before putting the document into service.

We may add, change, or remove templates, features, and export formats over time. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan does, we will notify affected subscribers.

  3. 03

    Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@warehousesop.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You may use the Service to create SOPs for facilities that you own, operate, manage, or are engaged to advise. You agree not to:

    • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our templates or the Service itself as a competing product, template library, or document generation service.
    • Scrape, crawl, or bulk export the template library other than through the export features we provide.
    • Upload content that is unlawful, that infringes anyone else's rights, or that contains personal data you are not permitted to share.
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or its rate limits, or use it to build a competing model or template set.
    • Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  4. 04

    Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are offered on a monthly or annual basis and are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. By starting a paid plan you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the plan fee plus any applicable taxes, on a recurring basis, until you cancel. Plan prices and inclusions are the ones shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

New accounts get a 14 day free trial without a card. We do not ask for payment details to start the trial and we do not convert the trial to a paid plan automatically. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, access to paid features ends. Contact us if you need to export the documents you created during the trial.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where a refund is required by law.

If we change plan prices, we will give notice before the change applies to your renewal, and the new price takes effect on your next billing period. A failed payment may result in suspension of the account until the balance is settled.

  5. 05

    Intellectual property

You own the SOP content you generate. The finished documents you create with the Service, including the facility details, procedures, floor cards, and sign-off sheets you produce, are yours. You may use, edit, print, translate, and distribute them inside your organization and to your auditors, insurers, and regulators without paying us anything further and without attribution.

We own everything else. The underlying SOP templates, the regulatory mappings and clause summaries, the software, the site design, the WarehouseSOP name, and all related materials remain our property and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription is a license to use them to produce documents for your own facilities, not a transfer of ownership.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display the content you submit, only as needed to operate the Service for you and to provide support. We do not use your facility data or your generated documents to train artificial intelligence models. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without obligation to you.

  6. 06

    Safety and compliance disclaimer

Read this section carefully. It describes the most important limit on what the Service does.

Documents generated by WarehouseSOP are informational safety documentation. They are not legal advice, they are not a compliance certification, and they are not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified safety professional who knows your facility.

Using WarehouseSOP does not by itself make your facility compliant with OSHA regulations, with 29 CFR 1910, or with any other federal, state, local, or industry requirement. Our templates cite the standards a procedure is written against, and those citations are provided for reference only. Regulations change, they are applied to the specific conditions of a specific workplace, and an enforcement outcome depends on facts we cannot see.

Before any generated SOP is put into service, distributed to workers, posted at a work area, or relied on for training, it must be reviewed and approved by a qualified safety professional who is competent to evaluate the hazards, equipment, and conditions at your facility. Generated content may be incomplete, may not reflect the most recent version of a standard, and may not account for hazards specific to your site.

You remain solely responsible for workplace safety, for hazard assessment, for training and its documentation, and for compliance with all applicable regulations at your facility. Nothing in the Service transfers any part of that responsibility to us, and no statement on the Site or in a generated document should be read as a representation that your facility is compliant.

  7. 07

    Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, that generated content will be accurate, current, complete, or suitable for your facility, or that use of the Service will result in compliance with any regulation or a particular outcome in any inspection, audit, claim, or proceeding.

  8. 08

    Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarehouseSOP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, regulatory fines or penalties, or workplace injury claims, arising out of or relating to the Service, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of those damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. If you have paid us nothing, including during a free trial, our total liability is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limitations above apply to the maximum extent the law allows.

  9. 09

    Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WarehouseSOP and its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, and reasonable legal fees arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, the content you submit, your distribution or use of a generated document, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including any claim relating to workplace safety or regulatory compliance at a facility you operate or advise.

  10. 10

    Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if your account is used unlawfully, if payment fails and is not cured, or if we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the problem first.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Contact us at support@warehousesop.com to export your documents before your account data is deleted. The sections on intellectual property, the safety and compliance disclaimer, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

  11. 11

    Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the operator is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and WarehouseSOP agree to bring any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and each of us consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

  12. 12

    Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes or as the law requires. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give notice by email or in the application before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, cancel your subscription before the effective date.
